Our Upholstery Process
Step 1 - Choose the fabric Once you have contacted us and booked your leisure vehicle in on a date which is convenient for your-self you can arrive the day before and take a look at the completed work that is going through the factory that day.
We then take you into the fabric room where you can see the vast array of different types, colour, and designs of fabric that we stock.
Step 2 - Pattern Cutting / Sewing Once you have chosen three or four possibilities we take the fabric into your vehicle to see which fabric look’s best in your vehicle.
When you are completely satisfied with your choice of fabric we start the transformation of your leisure vehicle.
Step 3 - Out with the old Your vehicle is measured for your new cushions then your cab seats are taken out and stripped ready for your new covers to be fitted.
While your vehicle is being measured we show you the different types of foam.
We use 40 density foam which comes in firm or medium firm.
To make your decision easier we have cushions for you to sit on so you can feel the difference and help you decide.
Step 4 - Transformation We have facilities for you to hook up to an electric point and a fresh water tap outside so your stay with us is as pleasurable as possible
The following morning we start work on your vehicle at 7.30 in the morning so you are up bright and early.
During the day you have the option of staying with us and seeing the transformation of your vehicle in front of your eyes or we can take you up to the local town where you can go to Nottingham or Derby for a fantastic day out.
By 4.30 your leisure vehicle is finished and you are ready for the open road with your transformed vehicle.
